In a single product, MadFlex combines the pros of technical fabrics (extreme lightness, flexibility), insulating foams (acoustic and thermal insulation, vibration damping) and structural materials (high strength and rigidity). Thanks to its multilayer conformation, CoRe can choose the best geometry and the most suitable combination of materials to design the panel (e.g. carbon fibre, Kevlar, aramid fibres, foams, etc.).
All MadFlex panels are made using traditional composite material production processes (autoclave, vacuum bag oven, press, et al.), starting from raw materials commonly available on the market.

STANDARD MF
To date, among the various possible combinations of MadFlex, CoRe has decided to standardize the following 4 variants, starting from the most common requests of its customers. For each of them, the company has defined the main technical characteristics summarized in a datasheet.
